My Victory Weight Guarantee

We guarantee that you will lose weight with My Victory or we’ll return your money. The My Victory Guarantee is based on using the products and the GoWear Fit Armband for four months as defined by the following requirements:
  • The guarantee applies to the weight loss program as defined by a purchase of a Premium Kit (which includes the GoWear Fit Armband) or equivalent (Standard Kit + armband purchase).
  • You must agree to and enroll in the My Victory ADR (which includes 2 AC shakes and an AC Complex). This is initiated automatically by the purchase of the Premium or Standard Kit. The first month’s supply of product is included in the kit. This means you must have this ADR for a minimum of the three (3) months that follow the initial month.
  • Program Usage requirements:
    • You must follow the eating and exercising guidelines as laid out in the program guide included in your Premium Kit.
    • You must take the My Victory AC Shake and My Victory AC Complex twice daily as recommended.
    • You must log in, upload your armband, and monitor daily progress on www.myvictoryplan.com.
    • You must accurately log and track your daily nutrition intake.
    • You must set a personal exercise and meal plan that will help you accomplish your goals.
    • You must ensure that your body weight is updated at least weekly in the “Log Health Indicators” section.
    • You must honestly strive to ensure that your calories burned are always more than your calories consumed.
    • Create a community page on www.myvictoryplan.com
  • The GoWear Fit Armband and any unused product must be returned with a written request within 5 months of the purchase in order to qualify for the refund.
The My Victory Guarantee asserts that within 4 months of purchasing the My Victory Premium Kit and following the weight control program as recommended you will lose weight. If you meet the above criteria and have not lost any weight, you may submit a written request for a total refund of the purchase price for the My Victory Premium Kit and any monthly My Victory ADR products received (less shipping costs).
